Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VIBE AI Video Generator mobile app and the website at createvideoai.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Rocket Digital Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong.
By using VIBE, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
VIBE is an AI video generation app. You enter prompts; we use AI models (including third-party models like Sora 2, Google Veo, Kling, and others) to generate videos based on your prompts. The Service is available on iPhone, Android, and the web.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use VIBE. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your credentials. Notify us at support@createvideoai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content and generated videos
What you submit: You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and other inputs you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate the Service (including passing prompts to our AI providers to generate videos).
What VIBE generates:Subject to applicable law and the underlying AI model's terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal or commercial purposes. AI-generated content can sometimes match or resemble other content, and laws around AI output ownership are still developing — we make no warranty that you own exclusive rights to any specific generated video.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VIBE to:
- Generate content involving minors in sexual contexts
- Generate non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real people, or content that defames or harasses identifiable individuals
- Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity
- Generate misleading political or election content
- Generate hateful content targeting protected groups
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source models
- Resell access to VIBE without permission
- Violate any applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and to remove content as needed.
6. Subscriptions and payments
VIBE is free to download. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features and generation credits.
- Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play, governed by their terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
- Manage and cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings
- No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
7. Third-party services
VIBE integrates with AI model providers (OpenAI, Google, Kling AI, and others). Use of these models inside VIBE is subject to their content policies in addition to ours. If their policies are stricter, the strictest rule applies.
8. Intellectual property
The VIBE app, website, brand, logos, and all of our original content are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your access to generated videos may be lost — back up anything important.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that generated videos will be accurate, useful, or fit for any particular purpose. AI models can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or biased results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rocket Digital Limited harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of VIBE after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
