This Privacy Policy describes how Rocket Digital Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the VIBE AI Video Generator mobile app and the website at createvideoai.com (together, the "Service").
We're a company registered in Hong Kong. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@createvideoai.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Account info (email address, display name) when you sign up
- Prompts and inputs you submit to generate videos
- Photos or images you upload (if you use image-to-video features)
- Subscription and payment information (handled by Apple App Store or Google Play — we don't see your card details)
- Customer support messages you send us
Information collected automatically:
- Device info (model, operating system version, language, region)
- App usage data (which features you use, how often, crash logs)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address — never precise GPS unless you explicitly grant it)
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), if you allow tracking
2. How we use information
We use your data to:
- Generate AI videos from your prompts
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process subscriptions and provide customer support
- Send important account or service notifications
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
- Measure marketing performance (only if you've allowed tracking)
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-party services we use
To run VIBE, we share limited data with these processors:
- Firebase (Google): authentication, analytics, crash reporting
- RevenueCat: subscription management
- AppsFlyer: attribution and marketing measurement
- Vercel Analytics: website usage measurement
- AI model providers: OpenAI (Sora 2), Google (Veo), and our other AI partners process your prompts to generate videos. They do not retain prompts for training when used through our API agreements.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We choose providers with strong privacy practices.
4. How long we keep your data
- Account data: while your account is active
- Generated videos: stored on your account until you delete them
- Prompt history: 30 days, then deleted unless required for legal or security reasons
- Crash and analytics data: up to 14 months, then aggregated or deleted
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

If you live in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have additional specific rights. We honor them all.
6. Children's privacy
VIBE is not intended for users under 13(or under 16 in the EU/UK). We don't knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we delete it. Contact us if you believe a child's data is in our system.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures (encrypted connections, access controls, secure cloud infrastructure). No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.
8. International transfers
We're based in Hong Kong; some of our service providers are in the US, EU, and elsewhere. Your data may be transferred internationally. Where required (e.g., from the EU), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
