Image-to-video
An AI video generation method that animates a starting image — often combined with a text prompt describing the motion.
Image-to-video (I2V) animates a starting image. You provide an image — a photograph, an illustration, a generated still — and the AI model produces a clip that begins from that image and adds motion. Some I2V models also accept a text prompt that describes how the motion should unfold. Image-to-video is useful when you already have a strong still — a portrait, a product photo, a piece of concept art — and you want to bring it to life. Models that handle image-to-video well include Kling 3.0, Kling o3, Veo 3.1, and Vidu Q3. VIBE supports image-to-video on multiple models in a single workflow.
